Hi! My name is Wendy Garafalo. I've been teaching yoga and movement for over 20 years. I love teaching about the body and how movement calms the mind. The combination of mobility in the body and peace in the mind create an awareness of yourself in the present moment.

Yoga Movement Mindfulness
Wendy is a 500-ERYT certified yoga teacher and a YACEP continuing education provider. She has a passion for teaching movement, muscular engagement and fluidity to students of all ages and abilities. Her teaching style has a way of helping you move your body and quiet your mind. The stories you will hear will move you not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. Anatomy and alignment are her passion and she is constantly developing new trainings and workshops to continue to connect with students at this level. She hopes to offer you relief from pain and stress, both physically and mentally. Wendy has trained with Seane Corn, Maty Ezraty, Annie Carpenter, Trina Altman, Jason Crandell and has represented Lulu Lemon as a community ambassador. Wendy now leads teacher trainings with Yogamunity, teaches weekly in Southern California, teaches workshops nationally and internationally and also leads classes on-line. She loves her two children, her down-to-earth husband and all of her students.
